Films from In the Trenches Productions

In the Trenches Productions celebrates the power of women over 40. If we don't tell their stories — who will?

TRANSITIONS
series of documentary shorts
"Transitions" puts a spotlight on individual women who have made great changes in their lives after 40 for any number of reasons. We have shot two of these fascinating women so far, and know that there are literally hundreds out there waiting to tell their interesting, touching, and sometimes amusing, stories.
Approximate Budget: $700 per woman/story. Contributions would go to pay for a sound person and sound equipment, lighting, camera rental, camera operator and a makeup artist.

GIRLTOX
series of documentary shorts
A commercial spoof for a little girl's beauty product that prevents premature wrinkles. Through this short we want to bring to light the absurd pressures placed on our girls to be society's version of beautiful.
Approximate Budget: $1500. Contributions would go for location fees, a sound person, sound equipment, lighting, cameral rental, camera operator, wardrobe, props and a makeup and hair artist.
